I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Riot Games
Interview
It felt bad from the beginning. After being told they were "very interested" communication went cold. Just when I thought they had forgotten about me, I was asked to do a demo test. The video took my whole weekend to edit and design. No response for weeks. Finally I asked for at least the curiosity of a response and here it was. "Your soundscape was very well crafted and its clear you have a lot of chops, but we have already filled the position"

Question 1
The first interview is with HR and is lighthearted and introductory. I feel like the most crucial part of the process is the test. You need to pass it in order to move to the second interview which is with the audio team.
