Interview process was disappointing. I was invited to an interview and even completed an assigned task, but shortly before the scheduled interview, I received a rejection and the interview was canceled without explanation. This felt unprofessional and disrespectful of the time and effort invested. I would suggest better communication and more transparent decision-making during the hiring process.

Just a face to face conversation with a department head. Have quite a number of technical questions. They are keen to know what kind of projects have you done in the past.
