Interview
The interview process was very organised and straight forward, although not easy. It started with an online application, which if successful lead to a telephone interview asking some questions about the company and then more personal questions to find out more about myself. The people I interviewed with were really nice and didn't make me feel nervous or uncomfortable. If successful in this stage, the next step was an assessment centre. This was actually a really fun experience and the current interns kept the day relaxed and welcoming for all applicants. The day involved a group presentation, individual interviews and an excel task.

Grupo interview, it was around 45 minutes and it was great I thought I was really interesting a I enjoyed it. At the end I ended up getting another interview

Erg lang en niet altijd duidelijke communicatie. Lastig om iemand telefonisch te bereiken of via de mail. Ik heb begrepen dat dit per team verschillend kan zijn in verband met de grootte van het bedrijf.
straightforward and objective. easy but directive questions. It took half an hour, as the first interview but I was declined. I will apply again but I am sure I will be declined again.
