Interview and hiring was performed by the German department. They knew what they needed and they quicly identified the skills.
Interview was very honest and straight, no tricky questions. They were mainly interested in my approach to the job rather than my technical skills. They were looking for an independent individual, able to fit into the job, regardless of my knowledge on the product.

HR told me it will be a tech interview but it's not... they asked me behaviour questions and no tech questions... the only tech related question was to rate myself from 1 to 5 of each sub-modules...

2 rounds of technical plus 1 HR round. The basics fundamental should be strong. The HR round is just formal. The interview can be either in office or virtual. Thank you.
