Phone with HR, then in person with hiring manager. Still have not heard back from HR even after 3 weeks from in person interview, would be nice if internal HR would get back to you on updates as I expect the lack of communication from staffing firms...

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at SHI International in Oct 2014
Interview
Standard interview process. I talked with a recruiter on the phone, he had me do a phone interview with the local manager. I then met the manager in person and lastly, met with the regional manager for an interview. Additionally, I did a sales aptitude survey / test. It's a live phone survey. Answer the questions honestly and you should be fine. It has built in "BS detector" questions so don't just say that you're good with everything.

Interview
I was initially recruited on LinkedIN so make sure that if you want a job here that you have a desirable profile on there. I think they really put an emphasis on your existing network and experience in selling. I also worked from home exclusively as my nearest sales office was a two hours away in Atlanta, so you need to emphasize your ability to work without direct supervision.
