Applied online like a week before and then they called me and scheduled a day and went into the interview. I was interviewed by a guy who didn't even work at the store I was applying at which was weird. I think he was like the interviewing man for a lot of the Safeways in my area.

Question 1
45 minute interview just asking normal interview questions like, how would you deal with a customer that's angry, what would you do if you can't find something a customer wants, pretty basic questions, asked about availability. pretty standered interview questions.
It was very informative and I felt comfortable with the knowledge that my interview would be considered with the utmost thought. I did not land the position, but have no ill will, they were right in the deli did not suit me. A barista position was far more paletteable
pretty easy and straightforward tho didn't get the job. probably shouldve done more prep. didn't have much experience with deli work which may have been why i didn't get the job but oh well
Great attention to detail and fluid information there were multiple follow ups the process was smooth I would others to look into this opportunity everything was structured communication was fluid
