Went through 6 rounds, met with incredible people, recruiter was extremely responsive up until my final interview. It’s been 3 weeks & I’ve not gotten 1 response to my 2 follow ups. A simple response keeping me updated would suffice. Ghosting is disheartening & unfortunate especially in our current times when the job market is so sparse. Do better.

Hands down, the worst company I have ever interviewed for!!!
I moved my diary around twice for this interview and both times, all 3 interviewees didn’t turn up, with no communication. Upon finally dialing into the interview, it was very cold, as if they didn’t want to even be there!
I felt extremely on edge because I was not made to feel welcome or comfortable, despite it being a second stage interview. It seriously makes me question the people at senior levels and interviewing. Have the decency to actually turn up and try get to know the candidate.
I’ve interviewed a lot within Financial Services and this has been hands down the worst. Avoid at all costs - if not, expect awful treatment and ghosting to top it all off! Extremely disappointing from Santander!!
