The HR interview was long and well directed towards their requirement. Since it was a 2 on 1 HR interview there were well directed questions and a space for expressing myself
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Houston, TX) in Oct 2025

First interview was with a recruiter, Brian S.
Very courteous and he gives positive vibes. He asks about experiences and expectations. Then in about a week, I got a second interview with the hiring and responsible managers for this particular position.
Also, was interviewed more in depth and thorough questions.
Now, few days later, I am invited for a third interview in person at a location to meet the team, and hopefully will get an offer.
