I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Noida) in Nov 2023
Interview
Interview was divided in 3 stages -
1 HR round and 2 technical rounds and the final HR salary negotiations.
I was reached out by the Talent Acquisition team of SE, after discussing my CV they put me in for the 1st round of Technical Interview. Both the rounds of the Technical Interview was conducted by my immediate mentor and my manager of Digital Engineering and Tech Debt department of SE. The interview questions were moderate to slightly difficult. The interviewers were very professional and knowledgeable and the process took about 3 weeks with 1 week of waiting for the result. After which a prompt salary negotiation happened and I accepted the offer soon enough.

The interview process took one day. Expected more in windows apllcation. The intervew process is streamlined and it went smooth. Hiring manager and HR was helpful and describe roles , job description before interview. Interview was based on last and current jobs exp. rather less technical and more functional.
