Interview
The interview process was quite lengthy, but overall it was a good experience since the Talent Acquisition Team really puts much effort in the recruitment process. It starts with an online screening, and then moves to online assessments, and also HireVue video interview. After passing all those processes, the candidate moves to a Focused Group Discussion and presentation session. The final step before MCU and offering is the user and HR interview.
