I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Singapore) in Mar 2022
Interview
Went through 3 interviews, first one with the HR recruiter, second one with the Hiring Manager and the third one with a potential team member. The interview with the HR recruiter was about the job scope in general, while with the Hiring Manager and potential team member were more technical. The interview process itself was ok, but after going through all that the least they could do is to let me know if I'm still being considered or if they're moving forward with another candidate instead of leaving me hanging and ghosted for a couple of months.
