I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Novi Sad) in Nov 2023
Interview
The interview experience was extremely pleasant. The whole process lasted for about one hour and I was interviewed by HR, the team lead and two engineers. Everybody seemed very welcoming and laid-back, which helped me relax very quickly. Firstly, I was introduced to the company and the business they do, also I learned more about the team and their role in the company. Technical part of the interview was conducted by two engineers. They were always ready to provide additional information to the questions if I needed any. A week after that interview I completed a personality test and English test.
