I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Foxboro, MA) in Apr 2026
Interview
One round interview with two engineers on the team. One of the more technical interviews I have taken with the questions being very focused on previous experience and diving pretty deep into the theoretical and practical information of my engineering work.
Smooth process, continuous communication, amazing people. All behavioral interviews that were intended to see if the fit works with the company.
Although I did not get an offer it seems like they would be a great company to work for, or this location at the very least.
