I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Shell (Houston, TX) in May 2016
Interview
The interview process was very demanding but rewarding, taking multiple months to complete. The initial process consisted of online segments to be completed from home. After multiple online timed segments, there was a 1hr long phone interview with a recruiter. After successful completion of all of the following stages, I was invited to a Shell Recruitment Day (SRD) hosted at the Woodcreek Research Facility in Houston, TX. They arranged the flight, transportation, and lodging for all of the candidates attending. During the SRD, there were 6 candidates. We were placed in a ETRAY exercise, case study, group presentation, self reflection interview, and competency based interview. There were approx. 10-15 evaluators analyzing the applicants all day. We were informed of the outcome within 3 days after the event.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
During the last exercise, how would you rate your performance, and what would you do differently (during the SRD).
Shell’s interview process usually begins with online assessments and progresses to a Final Assessment, which includes a business case study presentation and a behavioral interview. Throughout the process, assessors evaluate your problem-solving ability, communication skills, leadership potential, teamwork, adaptability, commercial awareness, and how you approach complex business challenges and decisions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Shell (Singapore)

The interview process focses on behavioral assessments and technical screenings. Candidates are tested on the "CAR" method, focusing on safety, leadership, and on job competence through structured and in depth questions.
The first round is a recorded video interview. You need to record some videos based on their questions. There were 3 questions or me, which is not very unique. About your project, your interest in Shell.
