Interview
First round of interview was with the consultancy. Once I had cleared that, there was a personnel interview with the higher officials of the company. It consisted of a few questions like what was my previous work profile, my expectations with the new job etc. After selection, the third phase consisted of intensive HR training including Voice and accent training, e-mail etiquette training etc.

In case you receive a call or e-mail from a client or clients regarding delaying TAT and escalation to higher ups how will you deal with that ?
