Interview process was very smooth and well planned. The entire cycle of 4 rounds of interview and Offer negotiations were complete with 2 weeks. Recruitment team at Slalom is just amazing and very prompt with planning and feedback.

Three rounds with one face to face and the other virtual on teams. A mixture of technical and functional questions from Senior Directors and above. Very informal style which was focused on fit for company culture.
