I applied online. I interviewed at Smith's Food & Drug (North Ogden, UT)
Interview
Long and slightly unorganized, you need to follow up because they have alot of applicants. The main person interviewing you is slightly intimidating. They value the thlongevity of you working over anything else due to having a high turnover rate. They want you to be as much of a team player as possible meaning in the long run they want to be able to call you in when someone calls out. Overall pretty easy interview process just try and feel out what they want to hear and show a want to grow and you should be good .

Interview
Interview process was fairly informal. Was talked to by the hiring manager and the front end manager who asked about experience and scheduling. Mostly they just wanted to see if I could be a good fit and then I was offered the job.
I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Smith's Food & Drug (Las Vegas, NV) in Sep 2021
