Online application submission, including a required CV and letters of recommendation. If chosen to proceed, you are required to then write and submit a 2 page technical paper on one of your significant research projects/previous industry projects/etc. If chosen to proceed after this, a phone interview is conducted and offers are given after that.

40 minute long call with an engineer. First, we mainly talked about my experience within a technical organization. Followed up with rapid fire technical questions and then he asked for any questions from me. We had some extra time left over and he gave me the opportunity to talk about the next most important on my resume

. It consisted of 3 rounds. The questions were a combination of general technical questions, project related technical questions, and two or so behavioral questions.

2 technical rounds, both were 45 minutes long. Asked basic engineering questions (cantallevered beam, flow through a pipe, hydraulics) and increasingly got difficult. Must know first princple engineering to pass interview.
