Interview
There are over 400 people there for the same position and they are only hiring about 40 people. You have to check-in with your passport, then they have a overview about the company and it's almost like a motivational speech conference. Then your divided into groups of like 80 people and your have to present your name and pull a question out of a fish bowl.
Did a presentation. Moved onto a Group interview then 1 on 1. Then you wait in a room then call you in a group at a time to tell you got the job or not.

Hiring event with other hopeful candidates. Day filled with networking,interviewing and just showcasing your personality. There are informational sessions, Q&A sessions, 1-on-1 interviews. It's a full day, come prepared with water and snacks (flats for the ladies if you'll be wearing heels).
