Applied for the job through the StateFarm website, and a couple days later I received an email to take the preemployment test. A couple of days later I received a call from a recruiter to set up a phone interview. Interviewed later that week which was about a 30 minute interview and was given a contingent offer by the end of the call.

The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.
