Interview
I applied online and received and email right away thanking for the application. I was then contacted further to take a couple aptitude tests to test my typing skills and then was tested by a customer service simulator that places you in a call center. Upon completion I was contacted a day later about a phone interview.
I was told to look for a phone call or email regarding the next steps after the interview.

Interview
The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.

Interview
Interview process was seamless and straight to the point. The process took about 2 weeks before an offer was submitted. Start date about 1 month from acceptance. I’m excited to start my new career with State Farm.
