I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm
Interview
Applied online and received an e-mail about setting up an interview shortly afterwards. Due to how late I applied, there were limited timeslots available and I had an interview quite late in the hiring cycle. The interview was about 30 minutes long with seven standard behavioral questions followed by any questions I had - no technical questions were asked. My interviewers and the people I met were very nice and friendly and they made it clear that the position was for helping students develop whether they were to remain at State Farm or not. The next day, I got a call about an official offer which I accepted.

The interview process was fairly simple. They came onto campus and gave me an interview spot after the career fair. It was mostly a behavior interview with a couple of easy technical questions. Then the following week I got an offer.
