I had a phone interview with the agent and then I had a face-to-face personal interview with the agent. We reviewed the job description. I was introduced to the office environment that day and also invited back to see the daily processes for an afternoon.

This interview process was almost comical, first I attempted a virtual interview through Jarvi and had tons of technical difficulties. Then someone reached out to schedule a zoom meeting a couple days later. I joined the zoom meeting to find out this zoom link was for an Allstate interview. Maybe it was Zoom’s fault and not State Farm, but just had to laugh this one off.
In person interview with the owner. Discuss potential benefits and duties. Very helpful information shared. It takes about 30-45 mins to complete the interview. The location varies. License required and might reimburse your license.
