It was a conversation solely based around the agent and all his talents. Main question was- can you sell. Was told to go get licensed and they’d hire me but wouldn’t if I wasn’t licensed because I’d be of little value. The job I applied for was a receptionist position, had zero mention of sales and only asked if I could obtain a license. Never said I’d need one to get hired. The agent wasted an hour of mine time speaking mainly about himself. Worst interview. If you want your time wasted, to feel devalued and like you aren’t even worthy of an entry level- apply here.

Question 1
Can you sell? Are you licensed? What is your 10 year plan (he cut me off seconds into my answer to speak about himself and how great he was so I didn’t even get to answer).
It was very simple interview process with a couple of basic questions probably around 5 different questions all via phone call that I got to schedule a time slot for.

Interview
I was quickly contacted by a contacted by a recruiter after applying. The interview wasn't central time, so it was at 7 a.m. The recruiter asked if I was bilingual..after completing the application, I would think they would review the information. Anyway as quick as our conversation was, I received a rejection letter, I believe on the same day.
