Interview
You answered questions on video, and I fumbled over the questions as I was unfamiliar with that format. I enjoy interviews with a person. Seeing yourself on video and answering questions I could not get over my nerves, and it didn't feel personable. Meeting a person also helps you assess if this is the right company for you.

Interview
The interview was conducted via HireView - an interview video platform. It was non-personal and not really an ideal format for professional positions. This approach makes sense for entry-level or intern roles, however does not allow for true consideration of experienced candidates.

Interview
You submitted answered questions in a recorded video instead of talking to a real person. The format is not great and it's not a process that enables the person to discuss their experience and certainly prevents them from asking questions.
