I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at State Farm (Alpharetta, GA) in Sep 2024
Interview
They gave me a HireVue OA with typical questions like "tell me about yourself" and "how would you be a good fit for this role" as well as some technical questions. To be honest, the technical questions were really hard because they just had me coding CONNECT 4 (the board game) in the terminal so I didn't really know what to do. Since it was HireVue I didn't realize I had to appear happy for the AI to mark me as "agreeable" so anyone interviewing should keep that in mind.

Question 1
"Tell me about yourself"
"How does your past experience, employment or otherwise, help you for this role?"
I had to answer behavioral questions with recordings. It was rather easy, but afterwards I heard no response. I think the work life would have been great as an underclassman but if you don’t get an offer, then I recommend focusing on other companies. State Farm auto-rejects past rejects I think.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2025
Interview
HireVue was 7 questions, consisting of almost all behavioral questions, which were all very common. A technical was included, which was equivalent to a Leet easy, but it records your camera. Overall good experience.
