I've been contaced by a recruiter and had a quick phone call, about a month after received another call for a face to face interview. questions about previous experiences and college and technical questions.

What is a fund?
What's equity?
What is Bound and what types are there?
What are derivadives?
Straightforward, interviewers were nice and typically you’re in charge after you enter the company. Not too difficult if you know your basics and have a strong foundation. No weird test of morals whatsoever.

Interview
The interview was split into two parts - soft skill Talk and accounting knowledge session. The interview itself was lead in two languages: soft skills were in local language (polish), the accounting part in foreign (english).
