Very easy interview, asked me basic questions about ‘what’s a time you faced a challenge’, ‘when have you had to deal with a bad customer’ etc. It didn’t feel necessarily personalised and more just learning the basic things about someone’s customer service. It was a very quick interview.

it was quick, the person was very friendly and felt like a casual conversation rather than an interview. there was multiple people in the room having separate interviews. however i have not heard back and its been a week and they said they would call me back
