TD Project Management/Program Delivery interview questions

TD’s hiring process is very irresponsible and unstable. I’ve had 3 different FTF interviews for 3 different position and the positions were cancelled just after the interviews. I’d yet another phone interview for a 4th position and just when they were going to set up the FTF interview. They confirmed they decided to hire from within, let alone equal opportunity employment. In all of these positions, I had to follow up before getting a generic cancellation email; so much for spending time and money on these dead end interviews.
