Telstra Security Engineering - Senior Engineer interview questions

Email from HR inviting to a solo video response interview, followed by an interview with hiring manager and a peer. At three times in the process, including after the second interview, I was asked about salary requirements. Although they indicated they'd be setting up next steps, they ghosted me after I reiterated consistent salary expectations as in the first two enquiries and I received an automated email three months later saying they wouldn't be moving forward.
