Tenet Healthcare Interview Questions

The recruiter did not know what DEIB meant and asked me to explain what the acronym was during the initial interview. I was informed that Tenent Healthcare does not want to go above the low range no matter what for the person they hire, regardless of experience, education, etc. I was scheduled to speak with Margie Arion, SVP-CHRO, Lead Operations. Margie stated to me that the purpose of the early morning call was ONLY to let me know that the role was not for me because I was not in 1 stagnant role for 6-10 years straight watching a project run its course. Instead, I was too DIVERSE, too PROJECT ORIENTED within several diverse fields and called me out (in a very dry, matter a fact, judgmental tone) on the length of time I spent with 1 particular company in my resume (although I have over a decade and a half of progressive HR C-suite experience). Overall, terrible candidate experience. Tenent is low balling candidates and not wanting to pay what they are valued from jump. Margie has more than enough time to set up a call to break you down, remind you of her privilege, and belittle your accomplishments as you show interest and respect. I do not feel that my time was valued, respected nor experience considered in order to make a sound judgment of my worth.

Overall, was a pretty easy experience. I applied and then had two interviews with a manager and VP where they asked typical behavioral questions. Pretty easy questions, easy people to talk to

8 rounds of interviews, 1 hour each, with the recruiter and leaders. Interviews were conversational in nature and an overall exchange of information about the company and my work. I came prepared with a portfolio, which was helpful to visualize past contributions. It was challenging mainly because the number of interviews back to back.

Initial phone interview followed by a 2nd level interview then a final interview with the VP. Interviewer sounds clueless regarding the process and job details. 2nd level interview and final interview lasts less than 20 minutes (and they are all late)

The interview process was very well organized and I had a pleasant recruiter. The process was a little lengthy due to the panel of interviewers scheduling challenges. The questions were scenario based questions and I met with several different directors from the team. There was several preliminary requirements for the position ie background checks, diploma uploads etc

Friendly recruiter. Open about job description being in Dallas Texas and was not a remote position. It was an interesting position and Tenet seems like it would be a good employer based upon my interview.

In person. Roughly 40 minutes long. Two people conducting interview. Basic questions focused more on behavioral questions, rather than technical questions. The interviewers gave great feedback and listened very well to what I had to say which made the interview process smoother than usual.

There were two interviews. First was with the HR recruitment team and then one interview with the hiring manager. the second interview was a panel interview. Team Leads joined the hiring manager.

It was nice and well assisted. From Initial, Final Interview to Onboarding and I'm currently enjoying my stay in the company because I have a kind colleague and great manager.
