Smooth, very friendly and relaxed environment. The shop makes you feel comfortable and confident to ask questions and the managers are polite and friendly while professional within the interview. The questions asked are reasonable and they are able to give a good scope on your personal life within and outwith work, they like to know you as a person and also you as a professional

Previous work experience and communication/professionalism
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
