What experiences I have and what position I was looking for. Told me he may call me for a 2nd interview. And told me that he had my application out and will bring up when they do a manager meeting. Looking forward to hearing back from them soon.
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
