Interview
Very easy going. They ask about your schedule and want you to be available for the weekends as that is when they are busiest. They do not look for past experience, but are happy to know when there is past customer service. They allow flexible schedule.
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
