In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.

I was referred by a current employee. They called me and asked when I could go in for the interview. I went and met with the General Manager. He was very nice and easy going. He asked me questions like "Why Texas Roadhouse?"
