It can last anywhere in between 30 mins to 1 hour depending on the conversation, the questions are behavioral including some of the standard ones like "describe a time where your detail oriented nature was under test" or situational questions like suppose your customer is not ready to accept their fault, then what will you do at that point of time.

Question 1
Are you detail oriented? If yes, then describe a situation where your detail oriented nature helped you out of a situation.
The interview was around 20 - 30 minutes, with the store manager. It was a calm atmosphere and I was asked about my previous experience and asked the standard situational questions like 'how would you handle a complaint', as well as asked to give examples.
Overall the interview went well - the manager was kind and gave me time to elaborate on answers.
it was really nice. they asked a lot of practical questions. some were tough to answer. but they were really nice and polite. not intimidating at all. i didnt feel nervous.

Very good it was really nice and relaxed very friendly informative supportive. Any questions i had were answered and everything was explained in detail. Gives the company a really good view in my opinion
