Went in for face to face, met with the manager, very nice and helpful-the interview itself was pretty easy. They asked about previous work experience and what I’d do in a situation with a angry customer

Lengthy with testing and 1st and 2nd interviews. It was disorganized and uncomfortable. The time commitment was a lot and it seemed as though had a lot of application, it was a waste of time.
