I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (London, England) in Jun 2024
Interview
Interviewer was the HRVP and had not read my resume and was disorganised, Interviewer complained about their EA not organising their appointments properly and proceeded to ask vague un job related questions.
Average process started with a screen and then the hiring manager. After two interviews I never heard from them again even though I was assured of next steps. For a large company I am not surprised, but on the other hand it was an HR interview. These people understand what candidates go through and still ghost them. Dodged a bullet.
