1- Online application: a standard form which I copied and pasted sections of my CV into
2- telephone interview: with a recruiter from HR - this was more general competency based question
3- face to face with direct manager: this was more in-depth and included job-specific questions about marketing, and examples of your previous work that supports them
then I had 2 meetings: one with overall marketing manager and another with colleagues in the same team - these were more about the nature of the team and if you fit in etc - I had the impression that the decision had pretty much been made by then!
