the interviewer was very professional and had a great list of thought provoking questions. Made good use of our time and was positive yet honest when I asked questions on the direction of the organization.
Very simple. The manager was very nice. I was asked specific questions regarding how to handle stress and angry customers. I asked how my experience would help me in new position.

I got an email inviting me to interview the following week. It was in person at the branch with 3 people. it was pretty short and they got back to me quickly with an offer
