I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Vanguard
Interview
Applied online on Tuesday, got an email to schedule a phone interview the next day, scheduled the interview for the Friday of that week. Some general questions, asked what I knew about the company, and behavioral. Was scheduled for an in person interview 2 weeks later. In person was a presentation, case study/role play, and behavioral, followed by another presentation. Basic questions, STAR format, the case study is fairly simple, pay attention to the small details and be sure to prioritize. Recieved a phone call less than a week later with my offer.

Question 1
During the behavorial questions, the interviewer asked one with technical words (bonds, yields, etc.) The basis of the question was still behavioral, i.e. how would you handle a client's request that was not in their best interest? I think the wording was meant to be a "trick."
Interview was good, Interviewer provided alot of information containing to the job description and the benefits. They provided STAR example questions to get a better understanding of who I was and what I can possibly offer to the environment
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Vanguard (Charlotte, NC) in Aug 2021
Interview
The interview was a two step process, the phone screen was about 15 mins and they were mainly looking for clarity of your voice and if you are articulate. The virtual 1-on-1 interview was fairly easy, about 6 STAR-based questions regarding customer service, communication skills, and learning agility.
