It was phone screen then and then in person at the time. Took 1 week to start after interview. Total process was 2 weeks from phone screen to start of employment.

I had an amazing interview. Decided if offered this fulltime job I would take it. Even with a pay cut. Very pleasant atmosphere. The interviewer was very comfortable to talk with. Easy to connect with.
