As an external hire you will be asked to use the previous experience you had and how it applies to the Supplier Performance job. There is a very strong emphasis on communication.

Easy and predictable. Cases are reused among most departments. They tell you not to bring a calculator but bring one just in case. Take your time answering questions; even if you don't know the mathematical answer, walk them through your process so they know you are process-oriented and don't just give up.
