There were three parts. A phone screen, with HR, which was basically checking qualifications and setting up a phone interview. The phone interview was with two employees who asked me to solve a software problem. I didn't quite get the answer but they were very friendly and must have seen potential in the way I thought through the problem. The last interview was in-person with a panel (with two to four people, I don't remember) and they asked another software question. I was asked to think through it, explain my logic, and they gave me a white board. It was very friendly and they were very nice. I was told at the end that I didn't get that job but that they were interested in bringing me on to their training program, and from there I would be placed in a role. I reached out a few times after that but never ended up getting placed in a training program.
