I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2019
Interview
I applied online and received a request for an interview within a week. I had phone interviews with 3 recruiting managers 3 different times within a week timeframe. Each asked about my background and then each of them focused on a different area of the recruiting requirements.
The recruiters were friendly, informative and made me feel comfortable. They encouraged me to ask questions and willingly answered them.
My only advice is they should cut down the number of interviews. The length of the process is too long. Had I continued in the process, I was told I would have to go through a case study and then come in for face-to-face interviews. I feel for the level position I was applying for, it was overkill. Their process could allow other employers to take good candidates.
