I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair in Mar 2024
Interview
Lowkey and fast-paced. There were only 3 stages to the interview process (the recruiter screen, the hiring manager interview, and then a series of panel interviews), all of which they planned to complete within 3 weeks or so. None of the interviewers asked any hardball questions, a lot focused instead on desire to work at Wayfair, alignment with in-person work, and comfort with the compensation range.

Question 1
Are you willing to come into the office and work in person 4 days a week?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Birmingham, England)
Interview
Long when did drawn out process. They have a list of 20 questions that are set by HR that every interviewer has to ask. It’s appoints based system so it’s not necessarily the best person for the role who gets the job but the person who gets the most points by answering what they’re looking for by that question.
