General interview process with submitting an application and then going in for an interview. It seems that the interviewer did not have a clear idea for the position he was hiring. I passed the first interview and had a second. Did not pass the second interview, but would not have accepted anyway if I had. It was probably an okay company, but not the right fit for me.
