First off had a video Q&A where there was general technical questions. I then had two phone interviews. First one was with their recruiter where we went over general questions about myself and I asked questions about the organization. The second was with someone technical where we wrote some code. We then moved forward with a test project. The test project says to limit your time to 8 hours.
