I would like to work at Hollister because I have the skills and knowledge that is required in the retail field. I enjoy working with the public because I get to know them individually. Having a friendly conversation with the customer will keep them engaged and are willing to ask questions. Being friendly is key when interacting with the public. Sales are higher when the sales associate knows how to deal with each different individual. I studied fashion and have always wanted to work with clothing and style. It lets me be creative. This question is so dumb, and a lot of the pressure was put off of me because the interviewer told me she thought it was dumb. I just laughed and told her I didn't really know. If I see something I like, no matter the "style", I'll buy it, and make it my own somehow. I don't really have a particular style. Less
