I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at everis (Barcelona) in Dec 2018
Interview
I have never been treated so unfairly and been so disrespected by an organization during the recruitment process. Everis offered me a job as an intern, and then they delayed my start date due to something out of their control (fair enough). That’s when the shocking treatment began. They told me they still wanted me, but that I had to wait. I never heard back from them again. I sent ~7 emails and made two phone calls over the course of three weeks, and they just ignored me! It was as if they were hoping I would disappear. I had a signed offer letter from them, and they ghosted me. I cannot believe this unprofessional behavior still exists in organizations. I would never choose to work for this organization after the way they treated me.
I applied online. I interviewed at everis (Nyckelby, Värmland) in Jan 2024
Interview
a multiple-stage process for hiring new employees. The stages mainly comprise job interviews held either one-on-one, with a group of candidates, or with a panel. Interviews are conducted in person, over the phone or by email, or via video conferencing tools.
I applied online. I interviewed at everis (Brussels)
Interview
The interviewer was very polite and they asked questions related to teamwork and competences about the job. The interview was two steps: one with HR and other one with the team manager
The interview process in this case was for onboarding as an intern. There were two interviews, one for HR to understand my general background and a technical interview to see how I'd fit in the specific department.
